At HoReCa Wine we assign an Account Director to every customer, providing an un-paralelled level of personal service within the industry. The Account Director develops a thorough understanding of your business and the products that you require.

The Account Director can make contact at a pre-determined time each week to discuss enhancements to the list or simply take an order if required. Orders can also be placed on-line through this web site, via email on an order template or by bin number. This enables less experienced/ knowledgeable staff to accurately and confidently order wines.

The Account Director deals with every aspect of your account, from taking and processing orders to recommending new wines for your list.
