When speaking to Restauranteurs the issue of continuity of supply crops up time and time again as a real headache for the On Trade. Personally I find it infuriating to spend time selecting a wine from a restaurant list only to be told that my choice is “not available”. Your customer does not care that you placed an order but your supplier was out of stock!

All our stocks are held subject to the needs of our customers. We work closely with our customers to establish realistic forecasts and monitor stock levels and usage on a daily basis to ensure that if you list one of our wines we can deliver it when required. On the other side of the coin we work closely with Vineyard owners and producers to ensure that sufficient quantity of wine is available should it appear on your list.

Wine lists can be expensive and time consuming to produce without the hassle of having to re-print a week later because a wine is no longer available. If one of our wines is on your list, you can be sure we have sufficient stock to deliver as and when required.
